Installed copper gutters and downspouts to a very steep roof line when no one would do the job. We had about 10 other companies come out to bid the job and have been told the job could not be done because of the roof line, which also had no provision to add gutters. Rain Away installed over 200 feet of gutter, leader heads, downspouts and installed gutters to second/third story with difficult access areas.
The owner came out and looked at the job and said he would try to install a gutter at his own expense to see if the install would work. They showed up on a Saturday morning with a big truck, crew and fabrication equipment and and did the trial gutter. It worded fine and they continued the job until late that afternoon. They finished the job in 2 days and considering the remote location of our house, that was a record. The crew cleaned after themselves (another record), showed up on time and asked questions on what we wanted . Thank God the gutters are holding up fine with the El Nino rains and massive winds. We highly recommend this company.

They replaced a section of gutter that had separated at a seam. They installed 14' of 5" aluminum gutter (color matched to our existing gutters). They also cleaned out the existing gutter that runs the entire length of the back of the house. They also restrapped a down spout.
This was a good experience from start to finish. Contacted them one day and they came out the next day to give me a written estimate. Installation was three days later-but I should add that my service request came during a week long rain storm in the area.

They did a terrific job and I spent about $500. Everything about them stood out. They were on time, the price was great and they were fast. The product looked great and they were very concerned that it worked right on my house. I would absolutely use them again.

I called Rain Away for an estimate and they sent someone out immediately and I had an estimate emailed to me within 2 days. I needed to paint the downspout the same color as my house so they came out within a week and fashioned the several cornered downspout from galvanized steel and left if for me. I called that day to ask them to call to explain how the pieces were to fit together-instead they physically sent someone out to check-amazing customer service. I finished painting the pieces on a Friday, called, and they were out Monday to install. I anticipated that I was then going to need to paint whatever fasteners they were going to use to secure the downspout-not so with Rain Away. They cleverly used the pieces of the old (painted) downspout to fashion the fasteners so that they matched! No more work for me. Excellent workmanship, materials, price, and customer service!!

This was a very small job, 28 feet of gutter for a patio cover. All the other companies I called would have a good price but then say they had minimum job price which was double the estimate. It seemed my job was too small for them to be bothered. When I called Rain Away they had no minimum. We scheduled an appointment and sure enough the price was half the other companies. They had a cancellation and wound up doing the work the next day. They showed up and a short time later they were done. The results looks great. I liked they had a lot of colors to choose from and the color I picked wound up to match exactly. The job could not have gone any better.

I decided, based on price, to go ahead and use this company. Once the decision was made, I called to schedule the appointment, confirm the size/color of the new gutters, and arranged a work date.

They arrived on the scheduled date, put up the new gutters, and they look great!

They gave me an estimate on the phone, came out the next day and gave me a quote that was in the estimate ballpark. Arrived early on install day, their employee's knew how to be around horses, put up everything quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were really courteous. Color match is great and after an entire spring and summer of horse shenanigans the gutters are holding up well.
